4. No Guarantee of WordPress Publishing

The WordPress publishing feature is provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee that publishing will succeed, that content will be correctly formatted on your website, or that the integration will function without errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all content published to your WordPress site. We are not responsible for any damage to your WordPress installation, database, website appearance, or functionality resulting from the use of this feature.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall writeSEO.me, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.
• Any damage to your website, brand, reputation, domain authority, or online presence.
• Any losses resulting from search engine penalties, deindexing, ranking drops, or algorithmic changes.

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless writeSEO.me, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content you publish or distribute that was generated using the Service.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription, dissatisfaction with generated content quality, or any other reason.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party services.
